What happens during a Breathwork session?

A breath analysis will be done before going into a session. You will be asked to lie down on a mat and guided throughout the session.

What does a connected breath mean?

Connected breath means there are no pauses between your inhale and exhale, when you are totally present with yourself.

Do I breathe through my nose or mouth?

You will be breathing through your mouth during the session. This is to facilitate you to go deeper. As a note, you should be breathing through your nose in your daily life, since it is lined with tiny hairs called cilia to protect us from foreign particles.

How do I prepare for an online session?

You will be sent information on what to prepare for your session after you have booked a session.

Would an online session be as effective as an in-person session?

Yes - it is most definitely as effective.

How many sessions would you recommend if I have not done any breathwork before?

A minimum of three sessions is suggested for those who have not experienced breathwork before.

Can I do this if I am pregnant?

Yes, definitely, it’s safe and I will work around your physical comfort.

Would this help if I have respiratory issues?

By using your diaphragmatic muscles to facilitate your breathing, you would release the tension in your chest, back and shoulder muscles which are usually over-strained when you have respiratory issues.

Can I do the session when I have a hangover?

The session will be cancelled if you’re are intoxicated with drugs, alcohol or other substances.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to make the session, please cancel your session at least 48 hours before.

What are the parts of the RTT/hypnosis session? 

  • Intake session to understand what you want to work on and your goals from the hypnosis session 

  • Hypnosis session where you will be regressed to scenes that drive your issue you want to work on/let go.

  • Bespoke Transformation recording where you listen to for at least 21 days to rewire your old beliefs and thoughts

Do I lose consciousness during the hypnosis session?

No, you are still in total control. Hypnosis is about being asleep of the nervous system. It is similar to being in a meditative state.
