Inmispace practitioner:
Zoe Feilding-Mellen

“We are living through unprecedented times, in a world that is emotionally and morally disconnected from itself, unknowingly distracted by persuasive design.

I truly believe in the ripple effect. Sharing breathwork is my way to contribute to a better space for us all to co-exist. It is my tool for bringing in more love, peace & connection and help you build up resilience.”

ZOE’S STORY

I discovered Transformational Breath during one of the most challenging points in my life: navigating the emotional fallout from years of stress experienced through losing a family home along with my long term support network and community, raising 2 children through the uncertainty of a pandemic, and moving through the pain of an unexpected divorce.

I was working with a brilliant talking therapist, who gave me valuable tools to process my emotions and respond, rather than react, to the difficulties I was facing. However, there was something incredibly physical that was happening to me: I couldn't sleep, naturally, and I felt seriously unsafe most of the time. My systems were screaming out for attention and I knew I had to get inside my body, because it was filled with overwhelm, causing constant fatigue, brain fog, and negative rumination. My nervous system was stuck in a fight or flight mode and unable to reset on its own.

Breathwork brought an immediate & profound shift.

Having cried like a baby, I felt much lighter, my heart opened and I experienced a deep sense of peace. I felt safe in my body, like I had finally come home to myself.

This was just the beginning. It has been an incredible journey of self discovery and self acceptance, a path that has enabled me to feel pure joy and let go of the fear that was ruling my life. I am happier, more forgiving and trust life.

I want to share this and hold space to help others who need support in reconnecting with their bodies, themselves, their intuition and inner wisdom.

Specific areas
of support

  • Feeling unsafe in the body

  • Sleep issues

  • Family traumas and upheaval

  • Overwhelm

  • Anxiety & hormonal activity during teenage years!*

  • Reconnecting with Self, while disconnecting from tech

*As a mother of two teens, I am noticing the pull of the tech world and how much time is demanded by all the algorithms and persuasive design involved in the games and programmes they use. There is nothing more important than connection to self and other human beings - there are practices that can keep them grounded and aware as they grow into adults.

Zoe started to study as Breathwork facilitator in 2023 and received a certificate in May 2025

Her teachers are Elif Clarke, Vincent Oolo and founder of Transformational Breath,
Dr. Judith Kravitz.

“We all have to breathe to stay alive, and if we breathe better we thrive -
it is that simple.
I want to share this and hold space to help others who need support in reconnecting with their bodies, their intuition and inner wisdom.”
