Breathwork is a practice with so much heart and acceptance that I felt an instant calling to share it with everyone. We all have this incredibly powerful tool of connection and transformation available for us each moment.

1:1 Breathwork Sessions with Zoe

The 1:1 session starts with analysing your breath, which is much like a unique fingerprint. Using body mapping, acupressure, sound and movement we then work on opening any restricted patterns where tension has been stored in the body, creating internal and external shifts in your life.

ZOE’S STORY

Zoe discovered Transformational Breathwork during one of the most challenging phases of her life. Standing at a crossroads, struggling with profound change, she explored variety of therapies - psychotherapy, cold water immersions, hot yoga, meditation, and many more.

”There was something incredibly physical that was happening. My nervous system was stuck in fight or flight and unable to reset on its own. I couldn't sleep naturally and felt unsafe, overwhelmed and fatigued.”

It was through breathwork that she found a true way home: a path to reconnect with her true essence & uncover the strength from within, consequently being able to move forward and thrive again.

Having lived in a state of physical and emotional overwhelm for far too long, the breath became both, an anchor and a sanctuary, bringing back the sense of safety, groundedness and ability to trust life.

Zoe started to study as Breathwork facilitator in 2023, and received a certificate in May 2025. Her teachers are Elif Clarke, Vincent Oloo and founder of Transformational Breath, Dr. Judith Kravitz. Transformational Breath Foundation UK has been awarded ‘Best Complementary Medicine Organisation’ by the Institute for Complementary and Natural Medicine.

  • The duration of the first session is up to 2 hours. The follow-up sessions are 1,5 hours.

  • A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended for those new to Transformational Breath.
