“We are living through unprecedented times, in a world that is emotionally and morally disconnected from itself, unknowingly distracted by persuasive design.

I truly believe in the ripple effect. Sharing breathwork is my way to contribute to a better space for us all to co-exist.
It is my tool for bringing in more love, peace & connection and help you build up resilience.”

ZOE’S STORY

"I discovered Transformational Breathwork during one of the most challenging phases of my life. I was navigating the emotional fallout after years of stress, having experienced a series of knocks which saw me losing my long term support network and community, raising two children through the uncertainty of a pandemic, and finally moving through the pain of an unexpected divorce.

I was working with a brilliant talking therapist, gaining valuable tools to process my emotions and respond to the difficulties I was facing - a huge support. However, there was something incredibly physical that was happening as well. I couldn't sleep naturally and felt severely unsafe most of the time. My internal system was screaming out for attention - I knew the key was getting into my body, by the time overwhelmed to the max, causing fatigue, brain fog, and cycles of negative rumination. My nervous system was stuck in fight or flight and unable to reset on its own.”

“Breathwork brought an immediate & profound shift.”

Thankfully I started breathwork sessions with Pei - something, I will be forever grateful for.

I felt a profound shift from the first session. Having cried like a baby, I felt much lighter, my heart opened and for the first time in what felt like forever I experienced a deep sense of peace. I finally felt safe in my body, like I had come home to myself. I could breathe again.

It has been an incredible journey of self-discovery and acceptance - a path that enabled me to feel joy again and to let go of the fear that had crept in, ruling my life. I am much happier and in the flow of life. Trust has been restored.

We all have to breathe to stay alive, and if we breathe better we thrive - it is that simple.

“I want to share this and hold space to help others who may need support:
whether to reconnect with self, improve physical well being, or connect on a more spiritual level to their existence; your breath really has no limits.”

Specific areas
of support

  • Feeling unsafe in the body

  • Sleep issues

  • Family traumas and upheaval

  • Overwhelm

  • Anxiety & hormonal activity during teenage years!*

  • Reconnecting with Self, while disconnecting from tech

*As a mother of two teens, I am noticing the pull of the tech world and how much time is demanded by all the algorithms and persuasive design involved in the games and programmes they use. There is nothing more important than connection to self and other human beings - there are practices that can keep them grounded and aware as they grow into adults.

We are living through unprecedented times. In a world that often feels emotionally and morally disconnected, where attention is consumed by endless noise and trivia, it is easy to lose sight of what truly matters.

I 100% believe in the ripple effect - that every act of kindness, every moment of genuine connection, and every choice rooted in love has the power to spread far beyond its source.

Together, these ripples create waves of peace, resilience, and unity that can transform our shared world.

By choosing to live with intention and by nurturing the best within us, we help build a collective resilience to meet the challenges of our times.

The simple truth is our bodies, minds, and souls are our gardens. When we nourish them with care, compassion, and purpose, we grow stronger, not only for ourselves but also for the good of others.
